We offer access to a variety of online learning platforms with a wide range of courses, enabling you to learn at your own pace and convenience. We support employees in obtaining professional qualifications, such as graduate degree apprenticeships in law, finance and other fields. Work Experience
West Berkshire Council is dedicated to supporting the personal and social development of local young people. We believe work experience plays a vital role in helping them learn, grow and prepare for future employment. Each year, we offer work experience programmes—typically during the Spring and Summer terms—providing students with meaningful opportunities to gain real-world skills and confidence.
